Creating your retailer account is fast and simple, no pre-payment or credit card required! To start shopping, simply register your business to unlock product details and wholesale pricing. After review, your account will be approved within 48 hours.

Steps

  1. Click on Retailer Registration
  2. Enter your email address and select a secure password
  3. Fill in all your billing, shipping and contact information
  4. Agree to terms, conditions, and privacy policy
  5. Check your email for confirmation; please allow up to 48 hours for your account to be approved
  6. Once approved, you’re all set to browse wonderful holiday decorations!

How to Order

Easily browse, select, and purchase products from our digital catalog.

Steps

  1. Log into your online account
  2. Browse our Whole Catalog to view the Starlight Collection
  3. View informative product details by clicking on product profiles
  4. Easily add products to your cart ($300 minimum for your first order)
  5. Click checkout when you have finished selecting items
  6. Enter all required billing and shipping information
  7. Select your preferred payment method:
    • Credit Card
    • Direct Deposit
    • E Transfers
    • Terms
  8. Select your ship date and cancel date + Urgency level
  9. Click Submit Order
  10. Wait for the confirmation email that your order was received
  11. Starlight will send you a confirmation sales order via email
  12. Before your ship date arrives, we will contact you to confirm your order and payment details
  13. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped by a specified date!

After Your Order Arrives

Once received, please confirm that all products have arrived. If there are any issues, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
