Claims Policy
- Claims are only accepted via email, fax or through our website
- Pictures may be requested
- Approved claims may require pick-up before refund is issued
- Customers may request Starlight to call courier once pick-up label is received
- Once pick-up is received by Starlight, credit memo will be issued
- Original payment method will be used to issue back credit within 2-5 business days
- The return and/or disposal of claimed goods must be authorized by Starlight
- Starlight is not liable for any loss of unauthorized claims
- Shipping charges are not eligible to be claimed
